Lidl Italia has launched Cien APPeal, the first augmented app in the retail sector dedicated to beauty products.
The app provides mobile access to exclusive content from Lidl Italia’s private-label beauty-product range, Cien.
Available for free download from Google Play and the App Store, Cien APPeal features a colourful and intuitive graphical interface, with content divided into two sections.
Beauty Case includes information on all the products (around 200) in the private-label line, advice from blogger Chiara Facchetti, ads featuring Laura Barriales, and tips.
In order to get more information, consumers simply need to point the camera of their smartphone on the bar code of the desired product.
Cien Beauty Test allows users to select the right product and share it on social networks.
