Best Of The Best
The Awards, which are open to both retailers and suppliers, were launched in 2017, as a contest to determine the most innovative store brands on sale in Europe’s supermarkets.
The Awards celebrate the ‘best of the best’ when it comes to store brand innovation right across Europe, and showcase the dynamism of both retailers and suppliers when it comes to developing products that can compete, and in many cases outperform, the biggest brands in the marketplace. Next Steps
The process doesn’t stop here, however, with ESM Issue 1, 2020, due to be published in late January, set to reveal the winners of this year’s competition.
ESM would also like to sincerely thank Cold Move (www.coldmove.ie) for being the logistics partner for this year’s Awards – the company’s ability to keep track of what was a record number of entries was much appreciated!
In addition, we would also like to thank the culinary team at the Cooks Academy, Dublin (www.cooksacademy.com), for their assistance in preparing the products, and, of course, our team of expert judges, for taking the time out from their busy schedules to participate in this year’s competition.
