The Aljomar Group showcased its meat products at SIAL Paris 2018, which was held between 21 October and 25 October in the French capital.
The new range of Iberian pork hams, shoulders, sausages, and fresh meat attracted the attention of visitors from across the world.
Undoubtedly, the company turned out to be a source of inspiration for the thousands of professionals who participated in this biannual event.
The Aljomar Group is celebrating its twenty-fifth anniversary this year, and it is one of the leading producers and distributors in the meat segment.
It is currently involved in developing its international portfolio and aims to spread the Iberian culture in more than 30 countries.
Sustainable Meat
The Aljomar Group is currently carrying out new projects that allow guaranteed genetics of pigs, and ensures good care and high-quality feeding.
Aljomar’s acorn-fed pigs are reared to yield healthy and safe meat products, which meet the regulations and requirements of certifying agencies.
The meat products also adhere to the quality standards and legislation of the countries to which they are exported.
Certified Meat
The company's cutting and production processes of Iberian cured and fresh meats are supported by the ISO 22000 of the International Standardisation organisation.
In addition, the brand is accredited by the Iberian Quality Legislation (CALICER), the Guarantee Mark 'Tierra de Sabor' (Tasty Terroir), the Guijuelo Consortium (D.O. Guijuelo), the Spanish Lactose Intolerant People's Association, and the Spanish Coeliacs' Federation.
The company is led by founder Alfonso Sanchez. The secret of the meat producer's success has been credited to the family's efforts in obtaining a recipe for producing quality Iberian products, and gathering ingredients that represent quality, prestige and tradition.
Aljomar products have been vouched for by famous chef Martín Berasategui. He is also the brand ambassador of the company and responsible for expanding the international portfolio of Iberian meats and Bellota Iberian hams.
