Bonduelle Fresh has announced a campaign to support young people as they enter the workplace.
Over the last twelve months, more than 400 young people have visited the company's San Paolo factory in Italy, while in France, teachers and career advisors met with staff at the group's Rosporden factory during industry week to learn more about professions within the agri-food industry.
Bonduelle Fresh is also launching the 'Jeunes Pousses' (young shoots) project, which aims to develop partnerships with postgraduate engeneering schools (HEI, ISA, ISEN).
The plan is to integrate students into the company while they are still attending to their studies.
