Campbell Soup Company has announced the retirement of its vice-president of finance strategy and investor relations, Ken Gosnell.
Gosnell joined the company in 2003 and served as the senior vice-president of finance in its Connecticut-based subsidiary, Pepperidge Farm.
Since 2015, he was the helm of Campbell's investor relations division, the company said in its statement.
Before joining Campbell Soup, he held financial leadership roles in Compaq Computer Corporation and PepsiCo.
Gosnell will hold office until Campbell appoints a successor to his role to ensure a smooth transition, the company added.
