The Coca-Cola Company has announced that its board of directors has elected the newly appointed chief people officer, Lisa Chang, as a senior vice president.
She is an experienced professional and was the senior vice president and chief human resources officer of AMB Group LLC in Atlanta - the investment management and shared services arm of The Blank Family of Businesses.
The board also elected Ashna Zaheer as the assistant corporate secretary.
Before joining the cola giant in 2017, Zaheer was a corporate attorney in the international law firm, Jones Day, where she focused on capital markets transactions, securities and corporate governance for public companies.
She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and the University of Notre Dame law school.
