Coca-Cola European Partners France has appointed Antoine Vanderhulst to the position of business director for supermarket retail.
Vanderhulst will be tasked with developing the company's business strategy for growth in the supermarket sector, according to OuestFrance.fr.
A team of 25 people will report to the 36-year-old at soft drink maker’s French headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux, Paris.
Background
Vanderhulst earned a degree in commercial engineering from the Université Catholique de Louvain, before joining Procter & Gamble. He then spent eight years in the European division of US management consulting firm Bain & Company, and was subsequently hired by Coca-Cola European Partners France in 2015.
On Friday, Coca-Cola European Partners posted 3% revenue growth across its European business in the first half of the year, with total revenue standing at €5.4 billion. Volume increased by 3%, while comparable operating profit grew by 14% during the period.
