Coca-Cola is set to launch its first range of Signature Mixers that can be paired with premium dark spirits.
It has been designed and crafted in association some of the world’s most influential and innovative mixologists.
The first batch offers four options which include Smoky Notes by Max Venning, Spicy Notes by Adriana Chía and Pippa Guy, Herbal Notes by Antonio Naranjo, and Woody Notes by Alex Lawrence.
'A Specific Range'
Senior brand manager at Coca-Cola Great Britain, Ana Amura, said, "With the rise of mixed drinks, we’re excited to announce the launch of Coca-Cola Signature Mixers, a specific range uniquely created to mix with dark spirits."
"Working with an inspirational group of global mixologists to create amazing flavour combinations, we hope Coca-Cola Signature Mixers open up the world of mixology to an even wider audience," she explained.
The Process
The process of making the mixers began in March of 2018, and was carried out at a secret location.
Mixologists were given the task to take the unique familiar flavour of Coca-Cola and experiment with more than 200 contemporary and traditional ingredients to create the new mixers.
Consumers tasted the recipes and the four most popular flavours were selected Coca-Cola's first batch of premium mixers
Packaging
The product will be served in a contemporary Hutchinson glass bottle, which was first used by Coca-Cola in 1894.
Each batch will be stamped with the signature of its co-creator.
