Among them is the 'Salon de Catas y Maridaje', 'Cacao y Café Peruano para el Mundo' (Peruvian Cocoa and Coffee for the World), 'EA Culinaria', which shows various ways of preparation and consumption of products, as well as presenting cocktails based on Pisco, Wine and other spirits.
It will also see the return of the ‘Salón de Innovación’ (Innovation Hall), which will present the finalists of the seventh ‘Concurso de Innovación’, and feature the ‘Rincón Cervecero’, a specialised area devoted to artisan beers.
