Danone Central and Eastern Europe’s HR director, Oana Farcasanu, is to perform the same role for Blédina, France’s leading baby nutrition company, which is also part of Danone.
Farcasanu has held her current position since 2015, according to Business-Review.EU. She joined the company in 2001 as HR manager for Danone Romania.
Following this, she was appointed as resources development manager, and then as HR manager for Western Europe. Afterwards, she was named HR director of Danone Romania.
“I joined Danone team short after the opening of operations in Romania and I contributed to the growth and transformation of this company,” said Farcasanu. “It’s the second international experience within [the] Danone group for me, the first one being in 2007, also in France.”
She will be replaced by former HR director of Danone Russia, Emilia Foteva, in terms of covering regional responsibilities.
