Frostkrone will present a range of red-hot product innovations at the PLMA in Amsterdam on 21 and 22 May in the FOOD SECTION, hall 1, stand F-5584.
The innovations ‘Lava Bites’ and ‘Crack ‘N’ Cheese Cubes’ have been selected by PLMA, and will be showcased at the New Product Expo - Idea Supermarket Area.
Lava Bites - Fiery Bites And Crispy Coatings
Lava Bites look like black volcanic rocks on the outside with a hint of glowing lava when it comes out from the oven or fryer.
As one bites into the snack, the creamy cheddar cheese flows slowly from the crispy tempura batter.
The red jalapeños provide a hot kick, adding all ingredients required to make a top-selling eye-catcher, particularly suitable for promotional weeks in retail.
Lava Bites offer many possibilities to trade, food service, and end customer, and can be presented and served in an exciting and appealing manner.
Lava Bites are deep-frozen and pre-fried.
Crack ‘N’ Cheese Cubes
The snack offers delicious macaroni in a savoury cheese sauce with crispy bacon covered in a crunchy bread coating.
The handy shape of the Crack ‘N’ Cheese Cubes, which weigh around 28 grams, make the snack a popular one for in-between treats or as a side dish.
Thanks to its modern, trendy square shape, the product offers a variety of possibilities for presentation and decoration.
Crack ‘N’ Cheese Cubes, that are deep-frozen and pre-fried, are prepared in a few minutes in the oven or fryer.
Maxxarella
Maxxarella is an awesome cheese delight, that has been manufactured using a special process.
The cheese melts tenderly in a finely spiced crispy breaded coating that is golden yellow in colour.
With a piece weighing about 37grams Maxxarella is significantly bigger than the standard Mozzarella Stick.
