Eleven start-up artisan food and drinks producers will be part of a unique project, which will see their products showcased at a London railway station this summer.
The food and drinks producers were selected to join the first ever Artisan Springboard - to help them in launching and developing their speciality food or drink businesses.
The eleven producers will also be part of a pop-up shop at London's Old Street underground station from June 22 to September 13.
The participanting producers are Dips, Fifth Dimension Chocolates, Koko and Tree, Lushice Sorbet, Macarons by Babette, Milk and Date, Morso Food, Stoffell, Sweet Hangovers Bakery, The London Marshmallow Company and Tiggs.
The retail-ready products - from handmade marshmallows, handcrafted chocolates, a milk and date drink, macadamia oil, an orange dressing and savoury sugar-free sauces to dairy-free cocktail sorbets, macarons, chutneys and pastes - will all feature in the project, which was launched by Kitchen Table Projects.
Founded by entrepreneur Tara Sundramoorthi, Kitchen Table Projects aims to champion small start-ups speciality producers.
As well as having the chance to sell their products at Old Street Station, the producers also have access to a team of food experts, advice, workshops and discussion groups.
Commenting on the new venture, Sundramoorthi said: "We are absolutely delighted with our diverse selection of artisan food and drink producers for our first ever Artisan Springboard. They each have incredible products to bring to market - and we look forward to helping them on their journey."
