Innovations from France and Spain were named the winners of the SIAL World Tour Awards, held at SIAL Paris earlier today (18 September).
Dia Balance, a product range developed by Spain’s Calidad Pascual, which helps diabetic consumers manage their intake, tied for the award with Ugly Cereals, developed by Carrefour France in association with Les Gueules Cassées.
The competition, which measures product innovations that best represent trends around the world, was judged by a team of retail magazine editors from 28 countries.
The winners were presented with their awards by Nicolas Trentesaux, SIAL Group director.
