The Free From Functional Food & Health Ingredients exhibition has been postponed to 24 and 25 November 2020, at RAI Amsterdam, in light of the fast and sudden developments regarding the coronavirus pandemic.
The exhibition is Europe’s leading innovation platform for the free from, organic, vegan, functional and ingredient food industries.
The company organising the event has thanked various stakeholders and the media for their cooperation, and added that it is looking forward to continuing the collaboration for the exhibition later in the year.
'The health and safety of our Free From community is our top priority,' the company said in a statement, adding that the decision was in the best interest of all involved.
The date was decided upon keeping in mind the uncertainty around the duration and extent of the impact on exhibitors across the world.
The organisers are also planning to review the media and marketing strategy to make the event a success for exhibitors, many of whom are small businesses.
The company will share its new timeline and other updates in the coming week.
