Frozen foods producer Iglo Germany has posted a 2.6% increase in sales for full-year 2018, to €489.2 million.
The group saw market share increases in frozen vegetables, fish and ready meals, despite a ‘challenging’ year, trade publication Rundschau reported.
The group has made efforts to move towards a more health-orientated portfolio, reducing the salt content of its fish products by up to 35%.
At the start of 2019, it introduced Nutri-Score labelling on its product portfolio, with products bearing the labels expected to go on sale in the second quarter of the year, Rundschau reported.
