Italian pasta producer Granoro has obtained a €5 million loan to finance its international expansion activities.
The credit line has been provided by UniCredit and guaranteed by the Italian export credit agency SACE.
In particular, the company says that resources will be used to strengthen production capacity, renovate facilities, and support advertising, research and development activities.
Pastificio Attilio Mastromauro Granoro adds that it will now be able to affirm its presence in consolidated markets, such as the US, Canada, Brazil, South Africa, South Korea, the EU, Japan, Saudi Arabia, with the possibility to expand into new markets, including South America, South East Asia, Russia and China.
Granoro Pastificio is one of the leading Italian pasta producers. Much of the group's turnover comes from international exports, which currently reach around 80 countries.
