Greek bakery firm Alfa has posted a 12.1% increase in turnover in full-year 2018, driven by increased exports.
The company posted turnover of €31.74 million for the year, compared to €28.31 million the previous year, news portal foodbusiness.gr reported.
Exports were up 25% last year, the company added, with Alfa products now available in more than 35 countries around the world.
In March, the group completed a €3 million investment in its production equipment, while a larger investment project valued at €6.25 million, focused on expanding its production facilities, is expected to be completed by the end of 2019.
Alfa has also increased its employee count to more than 380 last year, a 22.5% rise.
