Grupo Gourmets has decided to postpone the 34th edition of Salón Gourmets to April of next year as a result of the health crisis arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The event is now scheduled to be held from 12 - 15 April 2021.
The postponement responds to the need to prioritise the physical integrity and health of all individuals associated with the event, such as workers, exhibitors, national and international visitors, suppliers, and organisers.
Grupo Gourmets also wants to ensure that the event is hosted in favourable and normal circumstances that promote trade between participating parties.
Salón Gourmets is one of the biggest fine food and beverage fairs in Europe and attracts visitors from across the world.
