Spainish firm Ice Cream Factory Comaker (ICFC), formerly known as Avidesa, saw its sales rise 6% year-on-year in 2015.
As reported in the Spanish website gondoladigital.com, the company closed 2015 surpassing €100 million in sales.
In the last decade, ICFC has invested over €70 million in equipment and in innovation in a bid to appeal to a modern consumer. In the last three years, it has created 250 job positions, with its employee count now standing at 634.
Last year, it won its first accolade outside Spain, as it was awarded Best Ice Cream in the UK by trade publication The Grocer.
Spain represents around 35 per cent of its income, with other leading markets including UK, France, Italy, Portugal and Australia.
