InovCluster is organising the Digital AgriExport 4.0 online event from 12 to 23 April 2021.
InovCluster is the AgriFood Cluster Association of the Central Region of Portugal, which promotes, develops, and transfers knowledge in the agri-food sector.
Amidst the impact of COVID-19 on the global market and the difficulties involved in face-to-face participation in international events, InovCluster is organising this online meeting to promote Portuguese agri-food exports.
The event will comprise two weeks of networking, during which Portuguese companies will hold business meetings with importers from different international markets.
This initiative is part of the AgriExport 4.0 project, aiming to increase overall international recognition of the goods produced by the Portuguese agri-industrial sector and support the internationalisation of SMEs through a joint online promotional campaign.
Digital AgriExport 4.0 will be conducted through an online platform that specialises in virtual meetings.
Attendees include representatives of different sections of the Portuguese agri-food sector, who will meet buyers from different international markets in this integrated platform.
Importers who sign up for the meetings will find producers from all the different sectors of the Portuguese agri-food industry, including fresh fruit and vegetables, preserves, meat products, cheese, wine, oil, snacks, and other gourmet products.
With just three weeks to go, buyers have already been confirmed from Germany, Dubai, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway, among others.
