Three leading Italian organic food producers, Alce Nero, La Linea Verde and Brio, have set up a joint venture to produce fresh organic products.
According to a statement issued by Alce Nero, the goal of the alliance is to "promote an evolved, original and exemplary business model, leveraging the productive power of companies that are historical leaders in their own fields”. To achieve this, the three companies aim to combine quality with assortment, taste varieties, along with organic production.
Responding To Customer Needs
In order to respond to new market needs, the partners will offer a high added value range of fresh and vegetable dishes, benefitting from the specific expertise of each.
The first products of a new range called 'Alce Nero Fresco' will be launched in September at the Sana fair in Bologna. These will include six ready-made salads, three enriched salads and four freshly prepared soups.
Alce Nero is a major player in the production and distribution of organic products; Brio is a producer of organic fruit and vegetables; while La Linea Verde specialises in ready-to-eat salads and freshly prepared dishes.
