Jordi Llach has been named the new Director General of Nestlé Portugal, succeeding Jacques Reber, who moved to Nestlé Philippines in August.
Llach takes over the helm in Portugal after a 26-year career at the company, where he started off in the sales and marketing divisions.
During this period, he was responsible for the executive management of the food business at Nestlé’s headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland. In 2009, he left for Italy to head the food brand Nestlé Buitoni.
Four years later, Llach moved to his home country, Spain, to manage the entire food segment.
