Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Corp. (aT Center) Paris will organise the first European edition of ‘K-Food Fair’, the B2B meeting place for Korean food industry companies and European distributors on 14 June 2019.
The event will be held in Paris in the Paris Marriott Rive Gauche & Conference Center.
It will feature 22 exporting companies and their innovative products.
The product assortment will include seaweed and ginseng snacks, lotus crisps, black garlic, iced persimmon, yuza tea, fermented spicy sauces, tteok-bokki in a cup, ramen with varied flavors, oriental herbs pesto, plum (maesil) and omija, Korean alcoholic drinks and more.
'An Example Of Healthy Food'
Considered by the World Health Organisation as 'an example of healthy food', Korean cuisine is based on natural and balanced principles which match current consumers’ expectations.
It is the result of ancestral techniques, such as fermentation, that result in tasty and healthy products.
In just a few years, dishes like kimchi or bibimbap have become global food references.
The K-Food B2B fair offers European distributors the opportunity to discover new Korean food products, beyond the exotic shelving store, with premium offers, as well as organic, vegan, and halal options.
A Unique Occasion
It is a unique occasion in Europe to see the K-Food universe that combines innovation with well-being, and originality with practical consumption trends.
The event is intended for distributors, importers, wholesalers and purchasing managers in large and medium-sized stores, in the hotel and catering segment.
K-Food Fair will cover transport and accommodation expenses for participants based outside of Paris or Île de France région.
