L'Oréal has a appointed new group head of security in the form of Jean-Louis Kibort.
He joins the cosmetics firm from the French oil and gas giant Total, where he has been head of corporate security marketing and services since 2012. Before this, he led the firm’s corporate security for the Americas, Europe, Russia and Central Asia, and prior to that was its head of corporate security (exploration and production), a L'Oréal press release stated.
Kibort, before joining Total, spent a decade in the French ministry of defence.
He also was the auditor for the 24th session of the French Institute for Security and Justice (Institut National des Hautes Etudes de Sécurité et de Justice).
