Czech beverage company Kofola Group has acquired Polish food firm Premium Rosa, expanding its portfolio of healthy nutrition products.
Premium Rosa operates in the premium segment and produces natural products such as syrups, juices and preserves, developed from natural ingredients based on traditional recipes.
The company is experiencing double-digit sales growth and has two brands in its portfolio, Premium Rosa and 'Nasze Domowe' (Our Home).
Public Offer
Separately, Slovenian subsidiary Radenska has submitted a public offer for up to 5% of Kofola's shares at a price of CZK 440 (€16.85). The offer is valid until 31 July.
Kofola’s majority shareholder Aetos has said Kofola that it will not participate in this bid.
