Swiss chocolate giant Lindt & Sprüngli has announced the appointment of Dr Jennifer Picenoni as a new member to its group management, effective January 2020.
She will join the company's management board as group general counsel and corporate secretary.
Experienced Professional
Picenoni is an experienced professional who joined Lindt & Sprüngli as the senior legal counsel in 2007.
She was named the group general counsel in 2014, responsible for leading the company’s global legal & IP affairs as well as compliance operation.
In the beginning of 2017, she was nominated as the corporate secretary of the company.
