L’Oréal employees in 68 countries have taken part in a questions-and-answers session with the company's CEO, Jean-Paul Agon, on how to work as a unit most effectively.
The event, which took place last week, was a feature of the cosmetics giant’s annual ‘Ethics Day’ – a ‘key date’ in its calendar. It generated in excess of 1,000 suggestions by employees.
Last year, about half the workforce of L’Oréal in participating countries were involved. This year, total participation was achieved.
In total, more than 4,000 questions were posed to Agon as part of the Q&A.
