L'Oréal has announced its intention to buy the Société des Thermes de Saint-Gervais-les-Bains brand from the Rivadis Group, and has submitted a bid for it, a press release has confirmed.
Rivadis Group has given 'exclusive negotiation rights' for the Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc brand to L'Oréal, and a takeover 'should be completed in the next few months, after approval by the municipality of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains and consultation of Rivadis Group employees,' L'Oréal said.
Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc products are formulated with '100% Mont-Blanc thermal spring water, natural extracts of Alpine plants and offer a range of products for the care and protection of the face and body', according to the company.
