Nestlé has celebrated its 150th anniversary in its new discovery centre, 'nest'.
The event was attended by a host of personalities from Swiss politics, economics and culture, including the President of the Swiss Confederation, Johann Schneider-Amman and Nestlé's own Chief Executive Officer, Paul Bulcke.
Work on nest commenced in 2013 under the supervision of historians, architects and designers in Vevey, where Henri Nestlé established his first production plant. It will open to the public on June 15th.
Nestlé CEO Paul Bulcke described nest as "a place dedicated to culture, knowledge and pleasure, where we share our passion for nutrition and values with the rest of the world."
