Former Carrefour secretary general Pierre-Alexandre Teulié has been made the managing director of e-commerce, sustainable development and communication at Nestlé France, LADN.EU has reported.
Teulié, 46, will also act as the secretary general of the Fondation Nestlé France. He held the secretary general position in Carrefour from 2009 to 2012,also acting as a member of its executive committee.
Prior to that, Teulié spent eight years in the financial department of Procter & Gamble. In 2004, he joined Nestlé Waters in the capacity of director of external affairs.
In 2007, the French government appointed him as an aide to supervise the implementation of employment and industry policy.
Teulié founded the body Sustain-Able in 2014, which assesses the opinions of the French public on industry, politics and sustainable development.
