Organic Food Iberia and Eco Living Iberia, a major international trade fair for natural and organic products, has rescheduled its 2020 event due to the rapidly escalating coronavirus outbreak.
Carsten Holm, managing director of Diversified Communications UK said, “We have spoken to many exhibitors and supporters and, based on the situation and the feedback, the decision has been taken to move Organic Food Iberia and Eco Living Iberia to 3 and 4 September 2020, to still be held in Hall 8 at Ifema-Feria de Madrid.”
The company thanked Ecovalia, INTERECO, Portugal Foods, Agrobio Portugal, CIAO-IICA, pavilions including Andalucía, Valencia, Murcia, Madrid, Extremadura, Castilla La Mancha, La Rioja, Navarra, Austria, Greece, Italy, France, Korea, and hundreds of individual exhibitors for extending their support to move the date of the event.
Holm added, “We realise that the show is more important than ever, and, with so many exhibitors and visitors encouraging us to carry on, it has been an incredibly difficult decision to take.”
The company also stated that the safety of its exhibitors, speakers and visitors is of utmost priority and reiterated that everyone is in this together and will overcome the crisis as a strong community.
Organic Food Iberia and Eco Living Iberia will take place at Ifema-Feria de Madrid on 3-4 September.
