Italian oil and vinegar producer Olitalia has launched a new range of extra virgin olive oils under the I Dedicati brand.
The company has collaborated with JRE (Jeunes Restaurateurs d'Europe) and the Verace Pizza Napoletana Association on the development of the product, which aims to facilitate and guide consumers in choosing the most suitable olive oil to enhance the taste and flavour of dishes.
The range comprises five SKUs that are characterised by a specific heritage of fragrances and scents that make them suitable for combination with fish, meat, pasta, vegetables or pizza.
The Range
The oil suggested for pasta has strong aromatic notes and is suitable for a variety of sauces and condiments.
The oil developed for fish dishes is delicate, with notes of apple and fresh almond.
The oil created for meat is aromatic, rich in scents and vegetable sensations, while the oil for vegetables has marked herbaceous scents.
Finally, hhe oil for pizza is distinguished by a marked scent of tomato leaves, enhancing the authenticity of real Neapolitan pizza.
The I Dedicati line will be available in large scale retailers across Italy, packaged in 500 ml bottles.
The olive oil is ideal both for raw seasoning, enhancing the flavour of the dish, as well as for cooking, accentuating and embellishing the characteristics of the ingredients.
