Hong Kong-based Health and Beauty retailer A.S. Watson Group has won the 'Sustainable Business Award', for the second year running, for its continued commitment and efforts regarding sustainable business development.
The 'Sustainable Business Award 2016' is an initiative by the World Green Organisation - an independent organisation, which promotes a holistic approach to social, economic and environmental development.
The WGO rates corporate achievements in creating a quality workplace, protecting the natural environment, conducting business in a responsible, sustainable manner and engaging with the community in a positive way.
This year, 11 corporations were selected to win the award but the A.S. Watson Group was the only winning company from the Health & Beauty retail sector.
