Savills, the global real estate services provider, has been enlisted by Carrefour to perform a brand-recruitment role for the French firm's shopping centre in Beijing.
The retailers already enlisted make for impressive reading: among them are C&A, Uniqlo, La Chapelle, Starbucks, Burger King, Baskin-Robbins, Papa John's, and Xiabu Xiab (the most popular hotpot restaurant chain in China).
The shopping centre in question, Siyuan Plaza, is in the prime commercial district of Wangjing, Chaoyang District, northeast Beijing.
According to China Retail News, it possess "about 80 lifestyle stores, one food court, 20 restaurants, an 11,600-square-meter Carrefour supermarket, and a nearly 5,000-square-meter Decathlon sports retail outlet. Meanwhile, it provides over 800 parking spaces for customers."
