Mineral water group Spadel has hired Valérie Siegler as its new managing director for France, responsible for the development of brands Wattwiller and Carola, lsa-conso.fr reported.
She succeeds Franck Lecomte, who is to become head of digital operations of the Belgian group. He will maintain control of its UK branch, which includes the water brand Brecon Carreg.
42-year-old Siegler, who joined Spadel in 2011, will 'drive the marketing strategies and innovation of the brands Carola and Wattwiller, and make dynamic the commercial strategy of the business for on-trade consumption,' a company press release says.
Previously, she worked with the French branches of Kronenbourg and Mars. Spadel also controls Belgian mineral water brands Bru and Spa.
