The Speciality & Fine Food Fair, incorporating the Speciality Chocolate Fair is returning for 2016, taking place at Olympia London from 4th - 6th September.
More than 850 exhibitors are set to showcase their tasty wares at this year's Fair, which is the ultimate destination for those seeking to discover the latest trends and innovations in this dynamic sector.
Visitors can source the latest, and the best, that the fine food sector has to offer - from the new producers in the Small Producer Village - to the more established speciality brands.
Exhibitors this year include premium ice cream producers Minioti, snack brand Ten Acre, artisan producers Ross & Ross Food and gourmet chocolate makers Doisy & Dam. As well as the thousands of products on show, the fair will feature a host of events and attractions.
There will be cookery demonstrations from experienced chefs and personalities in the Fine Food Live theatre, hosted by Steve Walpole, while Speciality Chocolate Live, hosted by Marc Demarquette, will feature the industry's top pastry chefs and chocolatiers.
