The 2022 edition of The Consumer Goods Forum Global Summit will take place in Dublin, Ireland, on 21-23 June.
The event, which will take place at the Convention Centre Dublin, will mark the first physical hosting of the Summit since Vancouver 2019.
The event was cancelled in 2020 and took place virtually in 2021, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
A Changed World
'It will have been two years since our last physical version of the event and how the world has changed in this time,' The Consumer Goods Forum said in a statement. 'But, beyond COVID-19, we hope that come June 2022 we will still be inspired by discussions at COP26 and will be able to showcase how our industry has begun to implement positive change and deliver impact at scale.
'The 2022 event will be about asking the tough questions, hearing from our stakeholders and highlighting the way forward through concrete actions and results.'
The programme for the 2022 event will be released in due course.
About The Summit
The Consumer Goods Forum Global Summit is the key event for CEOs and top-level executives in the retail and consumer goods sectors – an opportunity for the industry to meet, share insight, and showcase their efforts in driving positive change.
The past year has been a proactive one for The Consumer Goods Forum, with the publication of the first-ever Forest Positive Coalition annual report, the launch of the full-suite of Golden Design Rules from the Plastic Waste Coalition, and with 160 organisations around the world working together on Collaboration for Healthier Lives.
There's still more to do, of course, and this year's Summit will help set the agenda for the years to come.
