Seasoning manufacturer Vegeta is once again the strongest domestic brand in the Adriatic region, comprised of Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.
The results are from an Ipsos survey, comparing brands of different categories, in order to establish the power of an individual brand on the market.
Vegeta is a brand that is renowned for its seasoning products and is used by consumers in more than 40 countries worldwide.
Croatian food manufacturer Podravka’s other brands - Dolcela, Lino lada and Podravka soups – also placed among the Top 50 strongest brands in Croatia.
The Ipsos BRANDpuls research included between 1,200 to 1,600 brands and 50 to 80 categories of consumer goods.
Marketing consulting firm Valicon had previously ranked Coca-Cola and confectioner Milka as the leading FMCG brands in the Adriatic region on its 'Top 25 Regional Brands in 2016' list.
