The deputy director general and chief human resources officer of Nestlé SA in Switzerland, Peter Vogt, has been named the new chairman of the supervisory board of Nestlé Germany AG, based in Frankfurt.
Vogt replaces current chairman Prof. Dr. Werner Bauer, who held the position for ten years.
New Members
Nestlé Germany has also appointed a number of other new members to its board, including Simone Peetz of Roche Diabetes Care, Kerstin Schmeiduch of Nestlé Purina PetCare Zone EMENA and Ortwin Tork of the Maggi plant in Lüdinghausen.
"I look forward to the upcoming term and successful cooperation with existing and new board members," commented Vogt on his appointment.
The Nestlé Germany AG supervisory board comprises 16 individuals and was elected for the next five years.
