Anuga, which takes place at Koelnmesse from 7 to 11 October 2023, is the world's largest food trade fair, encompassing ten trade shows in one, not to mention a packed events programme.
The theme of this year's Anuga is 'Sustainable Growth', exploring how ways in which sustainability and economic growth can work hand in hand, as the food and beverage sector strives towards a more sustainable future.
To this end, Anuga has entered a strategic partnership with EIT Food, a food industry accelerator, to explore ways to promote sustainable food systems. The fair is also working with UNIDO, the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, to promote collaboration between key industry players on environmental and climate protection initiatives.
