Carrefour has launched a new service, LivraisonExpress.fr, in Paris, which will allow city dwellers access to one-hour delivery for food and drink products (including fresh produce).
At its outset, Parisians in the first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, tenth, 18th, and 20th arrondissements will be able to avail of the service, although the chain has said that it intends to roll out a citywide expansion in due course.
Although LivraisonExpress.fr became active on 19 October, testing began in August of this year.
Its slogan is ‘Un produit vous manque? On vous le livre en 1h’ – ‘Missing something? We’ll get it to you in one hour.’
