Coop Sweden has launched a new range of ready-made, peeled and chopped fresh vegetables under its Hackat och Klart (chopped and clear) brand.
The retailer describes these as 'green meal solutions', which are ready to be cooked or eaten as they are, with several options that can provide carbohydrate alternatives for customers.
The range features 18 new products, including cabbage spaghetti, coleslaw mix, beetroot slices, and sweet potato sticks.
Coop says that these products are different from similar frozen foods, as they are fresh, healthy, and make cooking quick and simple.
The new Hackat och Klart range will be available in stores from the start of October.
