Makro Portugal has launched a free take-away and delivery service for commercial establishments that sell food products.
The initiative aims to help businesses to keep operations running after the introduction of restrictions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
This means that restaurants, as well as butchers, fish shops, delicatessen, bakeries, mini-markets, or any establishment dedicated to the marketing of food products, can continue to make their menus available online for customers.
Free Service
The ‘Takeaway & Delivery Online Powered by Makro’ service is free of charge with no set-up costs or monthly hosting fees. Companies can also use one of Makro’s free web addresses or their own domain.
Participating businesses are offered total autonomy in using the service, thanks to the use of an independent control panel, which enables them to easily update information, such as the possibility of offering a different daily menu.
Makro Portugal’s Takeaway & Delivery Online platform has no intermediaries and has been developed to provide a direct channel between the restaurant or commercial establishment and their customers.
