Italian drinks group Campari has completed the acquisition of Baron Philippe de Rothschild France Distribution S.A.S.
The company specialises in the distribution of international premium spirits, wine and champagne brands in France.
Going forward, it will be known as Campari France Distribution S.A.S., the company added.
The transaction, valued at approximately €60.0 million, has been approved by the relevant competition authorities.
In November of last year, Campari entered into exclusive negotiations with Baron Philippe de Rothschild to acquire the distributor.
