After 10 months of activity, Spanish brewer La Brava has raised funding using the online platform Crowdcube, as the company seeks to triple its sales in 2017.
According to company managers, the volume of beer sold in the year to October exceeded 700,000 units in the Catalan market, according to La Vanguardia.
The expansion has been convened to address the growing demand for the product, which has exceeded initial expectations.
La Brava is present in more than five hundred catering establishments and in hundreds of supermarkets across Spain. At the same time, the brewer is negotiating with two international groups to develop the presence of the brand in department stores, cash & carry and c-stores.
