Drinks giant Diageo has announced the appointment of Susan Kilsby as its new senior independent director.
She has replaced Lord Davies of Abersoch, who held the position since October 2011.
Most recently, Kilsby served as the non-executive director of the company and chair of the board's remuneration committee.
Lord Davies will remain on the Board as a non-executive director until the conclusion of the 2020 annual general meeting of the company, Diageo said in its statement.
