French brewer Kronenboug has launched its latest variant, Tourtel Twist, which will be advertised on French television from 15 March.
While France has strict guidelines governing the advertising of alcoholic beverages, the promotion of Tourtel Twist will be permitted, as the product is free from alcohol and contains fruit juice. The advert, made by the agency La Chose, which will run on a number of French stations, is 30 seconds in length and contains the product's new slogan: Tourtel Twist, ça rapproche.
The brewer stated that it intends the new publicity campaign to emphasise the fact that the drink is one “of conviviality, synonymous with fun, and with moments that should be toasted and shared with friends".
