Moët & Chandon has unveiled a new Instagram series called The Perfect Match, which showcases how champagne can be matched with a number of recipe concepts.
The series stars the champagne house’s Chef de Cave, Benoît Gouez, and Michelin-star chef, Yannick Alléno.
In each of the series' four episodes, the two chefs create a match between signature Moët & Chandon cuvées and specially created 3-star Michelin recipes.
'The experience is a great way to discover – or rediscover – the subtleties and philosophy of champagne pairing,' the company said in a statement.
'The dishes prepared are simple and easy to make at home, to [allow] everyone [to] enjoy these culinary delights without compromising on quality.'
