Slovenian mineral water producer Radenska will start bottling and distributing PepsiCo products for the Croatian market from January 2016.
The deal, whose value has not been disclosed, includes the brands Pepsi, Mirinda and 7UP.
Both companies have been cooperating in Slovenia for more than 20 years.
Earlier this year, Radenska became a part of Czech group Kofola that invested around €70 million in the acquisition. In the first nine months of 2015, Radenska achieved a net profit of €3.77 million.
The previous owner of the PepsiCo franchise in Croatia was local alcoholic beverages company Badel 1862 that decided to exit the soft drink business, as part of a restructuring plan.
