Krombacher has been named the ‘most popular beer in Germany’ in a study carried out by best for planning (b4p), a group that analyses consumer behaviour.
b4p surveyed 30,000 people about their consumer habits in a wide variety of categories, and found that both Krombacher Pils and Krombacher Non-Alcoholic scored highly with respondents.
The result of the study confirms Krombacher’s position in the market, which accounts for every tenth pilsner sold in Germany.
"We are very happy about the steadily growing popularity and the trust that our consumers place in us," says Andreas Scholten, head of product management at the Krombacher Brauerei.
"Whether for barbecues, well-deserved after-work hours, cozy meetings with friends, in the beer garden or even during and after sports, Krombacher always offers a special moment of enjoyment," Scholten added.
